Ballet Buds is the first step into the world of classical ballet, designed to nurture a love of movement while building a strong foundation for future training. In a structured yet engaging environment, young dancers are introduced to basic ballet positions, musicality, coordination, and classroom etiquette.
Classes focus on developing listening skills and body awareness through age-appropriate exercises, imaginative movement and clear guidance. While the atmosphere is warm and encouraging, students also begin to understand focus, discipline, and respect - skills that extend far beyond the studio and support growth in all areas of life.

The Primary Division is where young dancers begin to build consistency, confidence, and a deeper understanding of classical ballet.
Classes focus on developing proper alignment, coordination, musicality, and foundational ballet vocabulary. Dancers begin to strengthen their focus, discipline, and classroom responsibility while continuing to grow their love for movement in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Classes Include: Ballet technique, stretch, contemporary and performance rehearsal.

The Advanced Division is designed for dedicated young dancers who are ready for a higher level of technical precision, consistency, and artistic development.
Classes focus on refining classical technique, building stability and control, and expanding vocabulary through more complex combinations and performance-based work. Dancers are encouraged to take ownership of their corrections, develop discipline in their practice, and begin thinking like emerging artists.
In addition to strong technical growth, students deepen their understanding of artistry, focus, and resilience—skills that support both their training in the studio and their development beyond dance. The Advanced Division serves as a direct pathway toward a more intensive study.
Classes include: Ballet technique (3-4 x per week), pre-point/pointe, stretch, contemporary, reformer pilates, and performance repertoire.

The Professional Training Division (Afternoon/Night Program) is designed for dedicated dancers who are pursuing a higher level of technical and artistic development alongside their academic or daytime commitments. This program provides focused, intensive evening training that emphasizes strong classical technique, consistency, and artistic refinement.
Classes are structured to challenge and elevate each dancer’s ability, with a strong emphasis on placement, strength, musicality, and precision. Dancers are expected to train with focus and accountability, developing the discipline required for more advanced and pre-professional pathways.
The Afternoon/Night Program offers a serious training environment for committed students seeking to strengthen their foundation, refine their artistry, and progress toward audition-ready standards and future professional opportunities.
Classes include: Ballet technique (4-5 x /week), Pointe, repertoire, reformer pilates, contemporary, stretch class, performance rehearsal.

Dancers in the Professional Training Division Program follow a structured weekly schedule designed to build strong classical technique, versatility, and performance readiness.
Each week includes 4–5 ballet technique classes, which form the core of the program. These classes focus on alignment, strength, precision, musicality, and refinement of classical vocabulary, providing the consistent repetition needed for serious technical growth.
Students also train in pointe and repertoire, where they develop strength, artistry, and stage experience through variations and classical excerpts. This work emphasizes performance quality, stamina, and expressive detail.
To support physical development and injury prevention, dancers participate in Reformer Pilates, helping to improve core strength, stability, and overall body awareness. A contemporary and stretch class further enhances versatility, flexibility, and movement quality across different styles.
Throughout the year, dancers are offered performance opportunities, allowing them to apply their training on stage, build confidence, and develop professional-level stage presence in a supportive but high-expectation environment.
The Professional Training Division (Day) is an immersive, pre-professional training pathway designed for dedicated dancers seeking accelerated technical and artistic development. With expanded daytime training hours, students receive a comprehensive curriculum focused on classical ballet technique, pointe work, repertoire, and performance refinement, supported by consistent faculty guidance and correction. A defining feature of the Day Program is the increased access to individualized coaching sessions, allowing for targeted feedback, deeper technical refinement, and personalized artistic growth. This program is ideal for dancers committed to pursuing a serious trajectory in ballet, offering the time, structure, and mentorship needed to advance at a highly focused and intentional pace.
