With over 24 years of experience as a ballet teacher trained in the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) method, I am committed to providing students with a strong, structured foundation in classical technique. I believe in the discipline, beauty, and clarity that ballet offers, and my teaching is rooted in the belief that proper technique empowers artistic freedom.
Our training philosophy is rooted in a structured, progression-based approach that prioritizes strong classical technique, consistency, and long-term dancer development. We follow a pre-professional model designed to build clean fundamentals first, then layer strength, artistry, and performance readiness over time. Every level is intentionally structured to support clear technical growth, ensuring dancers develop with purpose rather than rushing progression.

At Coomer Classique we value discipline, artistry, and consistency as essential parts of a dancer’s education. Our environment is structured, focused, and supportive, encouraging dancers to take ownership of their training while developing resilience, patience, and the ability to work through challenges over time. These qualities are not only essential for artistic growth, but also translate into life skills that support success far beyond the studio. The ability to focus, follow through with long-term goals, respond constructively to feedback, collaborate with others, and stay committed through gradual improvement are foundational skills that help young people as they grow into adulthood. Through dance training, students learn how to approach challenges with discipline and perseverance, build confidence through effort, and develop a strong sense of responsibility and self-awareness that serves them in all areas of life.

We believe in teaching the “why” behind the “how,” so students not only improve but also understand their own bodies and develop a deeper connection to the art form. Creating a positive, focused teaching environment is at the heart of my practice. I aim to foster a studio culture where discipline and mutual respect are balanced with encouragement, curiosity, and joy. I believe students learn best when they feel supported, challenged, and safe to take risks. I nurture a space where mistakes are viewed as opportunities for growth, where effort is recognized, and where every dancer—regardless of level—is valued for their commitment.
